Shipping

ARC offers free insured domestic shipping anywhere in the United States via UPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

We will do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Be aware that custom jewelry takes time to create. Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by natural disasters or other events out of our control. Once ARC has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

International shipping is $40 flat rate. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Please note: All international packages are subject to taxes and duties upon delivery in your territory. Shipping quotes exclude international duties and taxes. ARC is not responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs. All receiving customers are responsible for these fees and the payment is non-refundable.

Returns

Each piece is custom made to order, for this reason ARC does not accept any returns or exchanges, all sales are final.

If you have any questions about a piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We are happy to address any questions or concerns you might have. If you need assistance in finding your correct ring size, we are more than happy to help with that as well.
